payment

METHODS OF PAYMENT I only use Paypal to accept commissions. With it being a business account, this allows a variety of payment methods to be accepted including debit cards, Venmo & PayPal credit. If you are a client outside the UK, the business account still allows payments to go through and will covert the currency. The commission system runs by individual invoices that are sent to the client's inbox via the email provided. 50/50 payment is always an open option but preferably be discussed beforehand. To request a commission, you can contact me through one of my social media accounts. Discord can also be used if preferred (stargecko)

rights

I HAVE THE RIGHT TO:+ Deny a commission request that doesn't follow the guidelines and rules I have written out. This includes rudeness & pushing boundaries.+ Post commission work on social media platforms unless signed under a contract.+ Keep 50% of a commissions price if a request is made for an almost complete illustration (etc. coloured/rendered).

editing

AMOUNT OF EDITING Each type of commission lists the amount of sketches provided in the early stages. Changes to the sketches are encouraged before the lineart stage because more time will be spent tweaking. Additional charges are applied when colours are worked on etc. which is notified.

extra

OTHER TERMS:+ Returning clients are given a 'loyalty card' which gives out small bonuses every few commissions such as 50% off your next illustration etc.+ Rough estimates of a commission time scale is between 4 - 10 days depending on the type. If delays for a commission occur, notification via the provided contact will be sent out.+ I do NOT allow any of my illustrations to be fed into AI - a character may belong to a client but I do not stand with generative AI. This also includes using commissioned artworks for minting and selling as NFTs.+ Commercial projects under contracts will be priced differently than the ones listed.
